We operate this store and website, including related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”), to provide you with a personalised shopping experience. Our storefront is powered by Shopify so that we can deliver the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with all policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy), describe your rights and obligations when using the Services. By accessing, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases from Flamesa.
