2-Year Warranty on Your Pellet Stove

All Flamesa products include a 2-year warranty from the purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship. If an issue arises within the warranty period, we will provide an appropriate solution.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects such as structural faults or incorrect assembly
  • Material defects or errors arising during production
  • Problems occurring under normal, careful use of the product

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal signs of use and wear from daily operation
  • Damage caused by misuse, impacts, drops, or improper maintenance
  • Damage caused by third parties, including own transport or moving
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Incorrect use of pellets or fuels that we do not recommend

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  2. Include your order number
  3. Describe the issue briefly and clearly
  4. Add photos and or a short video showing the problem

Once received, we will review your request and contact you with a proposal for repair or another suitable solution.
