Outdoor Pellet Heaters Warmth, Ambience & Design.

Fill the hopper with the recommended amount of 6 mm wood pellets and light it according to the instructions in the manual. Within a few minutes, you'll enjoy an attractive flame display. Check out our first use and maintenance guide for detailed instructions on lighting, using and maintaining your Flamesa pellet stove. The manual for your specific model always takes precedence.

The hopper capacity varies per model. Flamesa pellet stoves work with 6 mm wood pellets. For optimal combustion, we recommend high-quality, dry pellets, preferably with an ENplus A1 or DINplus certification. Please refer to the manual or product specifications for the correct filling quantity.

Burn time depends on the model, the amount of pellets, pellet quality and weather conditions. Some Flamesa models burn for approximately 2 to 3 hours on one fill. Always check the product specifications and the manual for your model for the expected burn time and instructions for safe refilling.

An outdoor pellet stove produces high temperatures and radiates heat to its immediate surroundings. The temperature and heat output vary per model and depend on the conditions of use. Flamesa's glass cylinders are heat-resistant up to 800 °C. This does not mean the stove itself reaches this temperature. Never touch hot parts and always follow the safety instructions in the manual.

This depends on the model, ventilation and available space. Only place a pellet stove under a canopy if the manual for that specific model explicitly allows it. Maintain the required safety distances to the roof and any flammable materials. Never use the stove in an enclosed space.

Let the pellet stove cool down completely before cleaning it. Remove cooled ash from the ash tray and clean the glass cylinder and other parts according to the maintenance instructions. The required cleaning and maintenance frequency can vary per model, so always consult the corresponding manual.
