We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your pellet stove isn’t quite what you expected, don’t worry — returns and exchanges are simple and hassle-free. Below you’ll find our full returns policy.
Exchanges or Returns — How It Works
You may exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt. You can choose a different model or a full refund. Once your return is approved, we’ll handle everything quickly and smoothly.
Return Conditions
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
- After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
- We refund the full order amount once we receive the product in good condition.
- Return the product in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories.
- If the product or packaging is damaged, a depreciation fee may apply.
How Do I Register a Return or Exchange
- Email support@flamesa.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- For exchanges, indicate which product you would like to receive instead.
- We will schedule the return via our shipping partner. Returns within the Netherlands are free of charge.
- Ensure the product is securely packed, preferably in its original packaging.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days. For exchanges, we will ship the new product as soon as possible.
